0700hrs to 1730hrs
Monday 03 January
1400hrs to 2400hrs
On-call 2400hrs to 0700hrs
Thursday 16 December
Saturday 25 December to Monday 27 December INCREASED RATE $3,000 FLAT RATE
Saturday 05 February
Wednesday 09 February to Thursday 10 February
